Born from the still flaming embers of the downtown DC, New Wave rock scene that birthed the 930 Club, Flameproof Mascara is formed by four pioneers of that genre, Marshall Keith, guitars and keyboards; Abaad Behram, guitars and stringed instruments; Danny Frankel, drums and percussion; and Nicki Butane, lyrics and vocals.
